J:tec are seeking literate individuals with a hunger for success. Candidates must have a good educational background & be able to demonstrate solid IT skills. They will also demonstrate strong sales and marketing skills that will allow them to understand and fulfill employer and candidate expectations. This in turn will help them to achieve our high expectations & all the time building up the all important client/candidate relationship. Previous experience in recruitment, with a background in technical, trades & labour or similar sector is essential. It is also most important that you can show a committed & hardworking approach to your work. Both recent trainee consultants with one or two years experience within a busy recruitment environment and people with a previous related role in the sales or construction industry are invited to apply.

The office atmosphere at J:tec is a friendly & professional one where trained staff will be left to manage their day and work in their own style without constant interference.

Training & Career Progression

One to one training and support will be provided as required during an initial probation period, & there after if required by a member of our experienced team. Quarterly reviews will keep career progression & targets fresh in the mind.
